A Case of An Inverted Papilloma Originating From a Lacrimal Sac

Inverted papillomas are benign but invasive tumors with malignant potential characterized by a high recurrence rate. Although most cases arise from the nasal wall and paranasal sinuses, inverted originating nasolacrimal system have been rarely reported. We describe rare case of an papilloma in left cavity, which originated lacrimal sac 40-year-old female who had medical history endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy at department ophthalmology. At first, it was believed to be simply occurring after several recurrences, found originate sac. All intranasal lesions involved were removed through cooperative surgery between otolaryngology This illustrates importance including differentiating origin papilloma.
